These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the Morganna RD website, as well as the purchase of products through it. By browsing or making a purchase, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Acceptance of terms

Use of this site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Shipping and Returns Policy. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; changes take effect upon publication.

3. Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. The following is prohibited:

• Carrying out activities that damage, disable, or overload the operation of the site.
• Attempting to access accounts, systems, or networks associated with the site without authorization.
• Copying, reproducing, or distributing site content without express permission.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at the time of purchase.

4. Products, prices, and availability

We strive to display product information clearly and accurately. However:

• Colors and textures may vary slightly from images due to lighting and screens.
• Prices are expressed in Dominican pesos (RD$) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, descriptions, and availability without prior notice.
• In the event of an obvious error in price or stock, we will contact you before processing the order.

5. Purchase process

When placing an order, you declare that you are of legal age and that the information provided is true. You will receive an email confirmation once payment is validated. Morganna RD reserves the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, incorrect information, or force majeure reasons.

6. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.
• Bank transfer.
• Cash on delivery (in applicable areas).
• Other methods enabled at checkout.

All transactions are processed by certified payment gateways. Morganna RD does not store card information.

7. Shipping, exchanges, and returns

Shipping times, costs, and conditions, as well as exchange and return processes, are governed by our Shipping and Returns Policy.

8. Satisfaction guarantee

Morganna RD stands behind the quality of its products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we apply the following warranty policy:

• Time frame: The warranty applies within 15 calendar days following the date of receipt of the product.
• Product condition: The product must be in its original state, with no more than 30% of its content used, and with the packaging in acceptable condition.
• Damaged or incorrect products: If you receive a product in poor condition or different from what you ordered, the warranty applies 100% at no cost to the customer. You must report it within 48 hours of receipt with photos as evidence.
• Adverse reaction: In the case of a verifiable allergic or dermatological reaction, the refund or exchange of the affected product will be processed, subject to case evaluation.
• Resolution method: Depending on the case, the warranty may be resolved through product exchange, credit note, or full refund. Morganna RD will determine the most appropriate route according to the circumstances.

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Product used in its entirety or incorrectly per the packaging instructions.
• Damage caused by improper storage (sun exposure, excessive humidity, etc.).
• Requests made outside the 15-day window.
• Products on sale or final sale clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
• Change of mind not related to the quality of the product.

9. Proper use of products

Our products are for external and cosmetic use. We ask that you read and follow the packaging instructions. In the event of any unexpected reaction, discontinue use and consult your doctor. Morganna RD is not responsible for improper use or use contrary to instructions.

10. Intellectual property

All site content — brand, logo, trade name, photographs, videos, texts, design, and code — is the property of Morganna RD or its licensors and is protected by the intellectual property laws of the Dominican Republic. Total or partial reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

11. Links to third-party sites

This site may contain links to external pages operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morganna RD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the products. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the value of the order in question.

13. Force majeure

Morganna RD will not be liable for breaches or delays caused by reasons beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural phenomena, disruptions to logistics services, government restrictions, or supplier failures.

14. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any controversy will be submitted to the competent courts of the National District, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
