Orders in Santo Domingo (SDO and DN) are delivered in 1-2 business days. For the interior of the country, delivery time is 2-4 business days. Orders placed before 3pm are processed the same day.
We accept bank transfer to Banco Popular and cash on delivery in Santo Domingo. Card payment directly in the store will be available soon.
If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we replace it at no cost. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used. You have 48 hours from receipt to report any issue.
Nanoplasty must be applied by a professional in a salon. Our daily-use products (shampoos, conditioners, serums) are for home use and come with detailed instructions on the packaging. If you have questions about a specific treatment, message us on WhatsApp.
Yes. The entire Morganna RD line is formulated without harsh sulfates or ingredients that compromise chemical treatments. They are safe for dyed hair, keratin-treated hair, or any previous treatment. We still recommend taking the hair diagnostic to confirm the ideal routine for your specific case.
