Shipping and Returns

At Morganna RD we work to ensure your order arrives safely, on time, and in perfect condition. This policy describes how we handle shipments, estimated times, costs, and the exchange or return processes.
1. Coverage areas
We ship to all Dominican territory. The areas are grouped as follows:
- Greater Santo Domingo: National District, Santo Domingo East, North, and West.
- Santiago and Cibao: Santiago, La Vega, Moca, Puerto Plata, San Francisco de MacorĂs.
- Rest of the country: All remaining provinces via courier partner.
2. Estimated delivery times
We process orders Monday through Friday during business hours. Orders confirmed after 2:00 p.m. are processed the next business day.
- Greater Santo Domingo: 1 to 2 business days.
- Santiago and Cibao: 2 to 3 business days.
- Rest of the country: 3 to 5 business days.
Times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, or situations beyond our control.
3. Shipping cost
- Free shipping on orders over RD$3,500.
- Greater Santo Domingo: flat rate starting at RD$250.
- Rest of the country: rate calculated at checkout based on location.
4. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and a WhatsApp message with the tracking number and the link to follow up. If you do not receive this notification within 48 hours of your purchase, write to us via WhatsApp to verify the status.
5. Exchanges and returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept exchanges or returns under the following conditions:
- You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to request an exchange or return.
- The product must be unused and unopened and in its original packaging, with seals and labels intact.
- You must keep the invoice or proof of purchase.
6. Products not eligible for return
For hygiene and customer safety reasons, returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Open, used products, or products with broken security seals.
- Products purchased in final or clearance promotions.
- Personalized products or special combos assembled on request.
- Requests made outside the 7-day calendar window.
7. Process to request an exchange or return
- Write to us via WhatsApp at the contact number indicating your order number and the reason.
- Send us photos of the product as you received it and the outer packaging.
- Our team will review your case and confirm whether the exchange or return is appropriate within a maximum of 2 business days.
- If applicable, we will coordinate the pickup of the product or indicate the shipping address.
- Once the product is received and validated, we will process the exchange or refund.
8. Refunds
Refunds are processed by the same payment method used in the purchase. The estimated time is 5 to 10 business days from the approval of the return, depending on the bank or payment method.
9. Damaged, defective, or wrong product
If your order arrived damaged, with the wrong product, or with a factory defect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. In these cases, we assume 100% of the replacement or refund cost, including shipping.
